The future of a nation is predicted by the trends of voter turnout by the ethnic and socioeconomic elite compared to working poor and including minorities. Imagine if the working poor and minorities including white women voted at an even greater rate. This slight uptick is in part due to to candidate and in most part due to larger national demographic trends.
